At Adore Dance Shoes, we want you to perform with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unworn footwear in its original packaging. Please ensure soles are unmarked by only trying your shoes on carpeted surfaces to remain eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original branded box and secure them inside a protective shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local authorized courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
